TILLO TURISTIC SERVICES TRAVEL
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all personal, financial, and business-related information collected, stored, or shared by Tillo Turistic Services Travel (“Company”) with its clients, partners, and suppliers remains confidential. All parties agree to protect such information and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

2. Definitions

• Confidential Information: Includes, but is not limited to, personal customer details, reservation data, financial information, business plans, pricing structures, strategies, and other trade secrets.

• Parties: Refers to both the entity providing and receiving confidential information under this agreement.

3. Confidentiality Obligations

• Parties shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose for which it was provided and shall not disclose it to any unauthorized third parties.

• Parties shall take all reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information.

• In the event of unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of confidential information, the affected party must be immediately notified.

4. Exceptions
The following are not considered confidential information:

• Information that is publicly available.

• Information already known to the receiving party at the time of disclosure or independently developed.

• Information that must be disclosed due to legal requirements or court orders.

5. Duration
The confidentiality obligations in this policy shall remain in effect for five (5) years from the date of signing or until the confidential information becomes publicly available.

6. Remedies and Liability
Any violation of this policy may result in legal action. The aggrieved party has the right to seek compensation for damages incurred due to breach of confidentiality. Parties are obligated to ensure the enforcement of confidentiality through legal means if necessary.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul, Turkey.

8. Acceptance
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.
