CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY / AGREEMENT
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by Tillo Turistic Services Travel (“Company”) to its clients (“Passenger / Customer”). By booking a service with the Company, the Passenger agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.
The purpose of this Policy is to provide clear and transparent guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all transportation, tour, and travel services offered by the Company.
This Policy applies to:
Airport transfers (Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen Airport, etc.)
VIP and private vehicle transfers
City tours, historical tours, and intercity transportation
Daily chauffeur services or special arrangements
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or online portal.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a partial refund or no refund, depending on the type of service and operational costs.
No-shows will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For bank transfers or international payments, processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.
Any additional fees, such as transaction charges, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Passengers may request to reschedule a service without penalty, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
The Company reserves the right to adjust prices if the rescheduled service occurs during peak periods or public holidays.
VIP and luxury transfers booked for specific times or events may have non-refundable terms, clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Group bookings or customized tours may be subject to different cancellation and refund conditions, which will be provided during reservation.
The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events, such as weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or flight delays.
Refunds in such cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Passenger.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul, Turkey.
By booking a service with Tillo Turistic Services Travel, the Passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
