PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT

Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide passenger transportation services, including airport transfers, city tours, intercity transfers, and other related services, ensuring safety, comfort, and professionalism.

2. Scope of Service

• The Company agrees to provide a vehicle and a professional driver to transport the Passenger according to the agreed schedule and route.

• The type of vehicle, departure and arrival locations, and specific requirements shall be detailed in the attached reservation form.

• Any changes to the schedule or route must be communicated to the Company at least [X hours] in advance.

3. Payment Terms

• The Passenger agrees to pay the total fare as specified in the invoice or booking confirmation.

• Payment can be made via [Bank Transfer / Credit Card / Online Payment] prior to or upon service delivery, as agreed.

• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, luggage exceeding the allowed limit, or other services requested.

4. Responsibilities of the Company

• Provide a licensed, experienced driver and a well-maintained, safe vehicle.

• Ensure punctuality and proper tracking of flight arrivals and departures for airport transfers.

• Maintain the confidentiality of Passenger information and comply with applicable privacy laws.

5. Responsibilities of the Passenger

• Arrive at the agreed pick-up point on time.

• Follow driver instructions for safety and comply with all traffic laws.

• Respect the vehicle and driver, and avoid carrying prohibited items.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least [X hours/days] before the scheduled service.

• Refund policies will apply as follows: [Define refund rules, e.g., full refund for cancellations 24 hours in advance, partial refund for late cancellations].

7. Liability

• The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

9. Acceptance

By signing this Agreement, both Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions herein.
